INVESTMENT CRITERIA
Branch actively seeks to grow its southeastern portfolio primarily in three asset classes: retail, multifamily and land. For the most part, Branch targets institutional-grade properties with favorable supply/demand fundamentals within these three asset classes. On occasion, when presented with an exceptionally-compelling opportunity, the company may deviate from these investment criteria and entertain investments in other property types.
