Windermere Commons

Windermere Commons is a 24,570 square foot specialty center with one outparcel in Forsyth County, Georgia. The property is located at the entrance to Windermere, a 1,375-acre residential community located at the corner of Georgia Highway 20 and Windermere Parkway. The Chattahoochee River Club is also located directly across Highway 20 from the Windermere subdivision. It consists of 620 single family homes, an equestrian center, a river park and a sports club. All of these amenities are part of a National Recreation Area managed by the National Park Service.

Georgia Highway 20 originates at Georgia State Route 400 and is heavily traveled, with approximately 50,000 traffic counts per day. It is one of the busiest roads in Forsyth County and serves as the primary east / west connector from Georgia State Route 400 to Interstates 985 / 85.
