Highlands Viera West

The Highlands Viera West is a 240-unit, Class A apartment complex that is located just west of Interstate 95 in Brevard County, Florida in the Viera community. The project consists of 8 apartment buildings with 228 flats and 12 townhomes.

The community has quick access to the Melbourne area, Orlando International Airport, employment centers and is only a short 10-minute drive to the beaches. Adjacent to the project is a 406,939 square foot open-air specialty center called The Avenue Viera developed by Cousins Properties that is easily accessible by pedestrian walkways. Key merchants include Belk, Bed Bath & Beyond, Books-A-Million, Michaels, Old Navy and Rave Motion Pictures.

In 2006, a new regional park was completed directly across the street from the Highlands Viera West that serves as the center for the entire county’s sporting events and regional tournaments. In addition, the Washington Nationals Spring training facility and stadium is located only a mile north of the property.
