Camp Creek

Camp Creek is a 4,400-square foot building that is part of Camp Creek Pointe, a master planned development containing 18,650 square feet of retail shops and six outparcels located in the City of East Point, Georgia. Camp Creek Pointe was originally developed by Branch and the majority of the center was later sold. Branch retained the Camp Creek building, which is leased to Starbucks and T-Mobile, two national, credit tenants. The building sits at the pin corner of Camp Creek Parkway and North Commerce Drive with convenient access to Interstate 285. Camp Creek Marketplace, a massive regional power center, is located directly across the street.

Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world's busiest airport, is located approximately three miles due east of the site and is easily accessed via Camp Creek Parkway. The proximity of this project to Hartsfield–Jackson, nearby residential developments and Interstate 285 generates a significant number of both day and night-time customers.
