Hoopstick Island

Hoopstick Island, containing approximately 60 acres of high ground, is located just outside of Charleston, South Carolina that fronts on the deep water of Bohicket Creek, between Johns Island and Wadmalaw Island. Although the island is only about a 20-minute drive from Downtown Charleston and is convenient to nearby retail and other amenities, it has a rural, private feel with beautiful views. Since purchasing the property, Branch has entitled the island for a maximum of ten large, single-family lots, each of which has an individual dock permit. In addition, Branch recently upgraded a causeway that connects the island to the mainland.
