Timberland Holdings

Branch supervises the management of approximately 3,700 acres of timberland in Cherokee, Lamar and Upson County, Georgia for third-party investors. Today, these land holdings are managed to generate income from timber sales and hunting licenses. In the long-term, the company will evaluate the potential to develop these properties for residential uses.
