The Village at Webb Road is a 34,629 square foot specialty center with four outparcels that is anchored by ALDI, the fast-growing discount supermarket chain based in Germany. Located on the northwest corner of Webb Road and Highway 9 in the City of Milton, Georgia, the property is directly across from the Super Target-anchored power center Deerfield Place. The two properties share a common traffic light. The Village at Webb Road is located in the heart of North Fulton's retail market and is surrounded by many of the nation's largest retailers such as Kroger, Wal-Mart, Costco and Lowe's.

Approximately 3 miles north of the City of Alpharetta, the center is easily accessible from Georgia State Route 400. Highway 9 begins as Roswell Road in Buckhead and is a main artery northward through Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta and Cumming.
