The Highlands of West Village is a mixed-use development consisting of approximately 63,000 square feet of retail space, four outparcels, and 292 rental condominiums and townhomes ranging in size from 680 to 2,500 square feet. Amenities include an oasis-style swimming pool, an athletic sports club, clubroom with wine tasting lounge, business center, and gated garage parking. The property is located at the intersection of Interstate 285 and Atlanta Road in the affluent Vinings area of Cobb County, Georgia.

Branch master planned the entire site, retaining a portion for itself and selling the remaining parcels to third-party builders. On its portion, Branch developed the retail space, outparcels, amenities and rental apartment homes. The other sections of the property are currently being developed by third-party builders for fee-simple condominiums, townhomes and single family homes. In addition, Branch currently owns approximately 20 acres of unimproved land adjacent to the project which will be developed for both residential and retail uses in the future.

The community is located in the high-growth Smyrna and Vinings neighborhoods and benefits from its proximity to Cumberland Mall and the corporate headquarters of Home Depot. Traffic counts near the intersection of Interstate 285 and Atlanta Road are approximately 160,000 vehicles per day.
