Nicholas B. Telesca
President
Mr. Telesca serves as President of the company and is a member of its Executive Committee. He joined the former Branch and Associates in 1993 and subsequently served as the President of Branch Properties, L.P. from its formation in 1995 until its acquisition by Regency Centers Corporation in 1997. Prior to joining Branch and Associates, Mr. Telesca was a partner from 1988 to 1993 with The Simpson Organization, Inc., a real estate investment banking firm. Mr. Telesca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from LeMoyne College and a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University.

Richard H. Lee
Executive Vice President
Mr. Lee serves as Executive Vice President of the company and is a member of its Executive Committee. He joined the former Branch and Associates in 1985 and subsequently served as an Executive Vice President and Director of Branch Properties, L.P. from its formation in 1995 until its acquisition by Regency Centers Corporation in 1997. From 1980 to 1984, he practiced law in the commercial real estate department of the Atlanta-based law firm of King & Spalding. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia.

Richard H. Ross
Executive Vice President
Mr. Ross serves as Executive Vice President of the company. He joined the former Branch Properties, L.P. in 1995 and served as its Chief Financial Officer until its acquisition by Regency Centers Corporation in 1997. In 1998, he rejoined the newly formed Branch Properties, LLC. Prior to Branch, Mr. Ross was in private practice in Atlanta, including a two-year tour with Price Waterhouse. Mr. Ross is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.

Terry M. Hampel
Executive Vice President
Mr. Hampel serves as Executive Vice President of the company. He joined Branch Properties, LLC in 2002 as its Director of Asset Management. Prior to Branch, Mr. Hampel was Vice President with Cousins Properties Incorporated from 1996 to 2001, a diversified real estate investment trust (REIT) based in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to his time at Cousins, Mr. Hampel held management positions in the shopping center real estate industry for 14 years, starting with Western Development Corporation in Washington, DC and, subsequently through mergers and acquisitions, CNM Associates in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Hampel served as CNM Associates’ Chief Operating Officer in 1994 and 1995. Mr. Hampel is a Certified Shopping Center Manager and attended Michigan Technological University.

John P. Murphy
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Murphy serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Branch Properties, LLC. Prior to joining Branch, Mr. Murphy was a Project Manager with the St. Joe Company in Orlando, Florida. In that role, he managed all aspects of new project development for a 1,300 unit master planned community, including product design for single and multifamily structures, construction operations, sales and marketing, warranty services, and property management. Prior to St. Joe, Mr. Murphy worked in the Atlanta real estate consulting practice of KPMG LLP. Mr. Murphy is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Accounting from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University.

Gregory J. Hagan
Senior Vice President
Mr. Hagan joined Branch Properties, LLC in 1999 and serves as its Director of Leasing. Prior to Branch, Mr. Hagan was a broker and Controller from 1987 to 1999 for Peachtree Corners Incorporated, a privately-owned commercial real estate company based in Norcross, Georgia. Mr. Hagan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Lee University.

Jack T. Haylett
Senior Vice President
Mr. Haylett joined Branch Properties, LLC in 2000 and serves as Branch’s Director of Real Estate Development. Previously, he was a Project Manager with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, a top-five domestic construction manager in the United States. Mr. Haylett has developed a broad range of multifamily residential developments ranging from garden style to high density to mixed use. He also has extensive experience with retail projects including grocery-anchored neighborhood centers and regional power centers. Mr. Haylett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction and Contracting from Georgia Southern University.

Don P. Hellein
Development Manager
Mr. Hellein joined Branch Properties LLC in 2005 and serves as Development Manager. Prior to joining Branch, Mr. Hellein was a Senior Project Manager with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from 1998 to 2005. Mr. Hellein holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida.

Kyle S. West
Acquisitions and New Business Development Manager
Mr. West joined Branch Properties, LLC in 2008 and serves as its Acquisitions and New Business Development Manager. Prior to Branch, Mr. West was an Acquisitions Manager for a large Atlanta-based developer and builder. Previously, Mr. West was Vice President of Acquisitions at Unison Site Management, a cellular lease aggregator founded by Soros Private Equity Partners. He and a colleague opened the Atlanta office for Unison in 2005 and were integral in the originating, underwriting and acquisition of the lease portfolio eventually sold to Goldman Sachs Global Infrastructure in 2007. Mr. West holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.

Angelia Jolley
Property Manager
Ms. Jolley serves as Property Manager of the company. She joined Branch Properties, LLC in 2002 and oversees tenant relations for all retail assets. Prior to Branch, Ms. Jolley served as a Project Manager for Reagan Equipment and Rental Coordinator for Sunbelt Power Systems. She also held other Operations and Maintenance positions with the Public Service Company of Colorado before moving to Atlanta. She began her career in electrical and plumbing construction and mechanical operations after attending Snead State College.
