Development and redevelopment projects include both shopping centers and multifamily assets. We have broad experience in mixed-use projects, including vertically integrated mixed-use. Branch has participated in a number of development joint ventures and has the flexibility to be as active or as inactive as appropriate. Our involvement has ranged from simply an equity partner to handling all of the development and construction management in the joint venture.
Branch maintains the leasing for all its retail properties and has an extensive network of local, regional, and national tenants. Our leasing agents are proactive both in pursuing new small shop business owners as well as renewing existing tenants. We have an outstanding track record of property and asset management spanning over 50 years. Our day-to-day property management activities are centered around keeping our shopping centers well maintained and accessible to customers, and we take pride in building places where merchants can thrive.
