North Decatur Square is a 172,300 square foot, Kroger-anchored shopping center located in Decatur, Georgia. The shopping center sits on approximately 19.73 acres and is anchored by a recently expanded 109,773 square foot Kroger grocery store. The property is located at the signalized intersection of North Decatur Road and DeKalb Industrial Boulevard. Both North Decatur Road and DeKalb Industrial Boulevard are major thoroughfares serving the City of Decatur and DeKalb County.
