Mr. Kirson serves as an Asset Manager at the company where he focuses on the performance and operations of the company’s grocery-anchored retail portfolio. His responsibilities include financial modeling, capital planning, lease negotiation, property budgeting, annual expense reconciliations, and cross-functional coordination across property management, accounting, and leasing.
Prior to joining Branch, Mr. Kirson was an Associate at ACG Professionals, where he worked directly with institutional investors as a consultant for acquisitions across all asset classes. Advisory services included Argus modeling, lease abstraction, and data validation. In addition, Mr. Kirson provided third-party Argus training for his clients’ incoming analyst classes.
Mr. Kirson graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.
