Kat joined Branch in September 2023. Prior to joining Branch she worked as Senior Property Manager for Nightingale Realty for 9 years, where she managed the company’s retail portfolio, as well as some local office buildings. Ms. Woodman’s management history has been primarily retail centers, but also includes industrial, office, medical office and office condos over the course of 25+ years, receiving my CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager) designation in 2007.
