Commons at Carolina Shores will be a 67,791 sf Publix-anchored shopping center located in Carolina Shores, NC. Strategically located on Highway 17 between Little River and Ocean Isle Beach, the center is surrounded by rapid residential growth and established golf course communities, while also serving nearby coastal destinations including Cherry Grove, Sunset, and Holden Beaches. The project will feature a 46,791 sf Publix, 21,000 sf of shops, and four outparcels for McDonalds, Chase Bank, Heartland Dental, and 7-11.
